At Nestella Handmade, each product is crafted with care and inspected before shipping. Due to the fragile and handmade nature of clay and terracotta products, our return policy is limited.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
> The product received is damaged during transit
> The wrong product has been delivered
Return Request Process
> You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
> Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared
> Products must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
> Customized or personalized products
> Products with minor handmade variations
> Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling
> Products returned without prior approval
Refunds
> Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
> Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
> Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
